I think apt might work despite what I said earlier but, you still need to remove all the headers except the ones for the kernel you are actually running, the Big Iron ones are wrong as are all but I think the latency ones.....? Run the uname -r command and that will tell you which ones you need.
Vbox will never compile against the wrong headers.
