Finally parallels is in CNR. When I went to my accounts and tried to install it it failed. Now when I try to install it I get a purchase page with a credit card info page. Am I required to purchase parallels again or is it not working correctly yet?

I have had the same trouble with Parallels and Fluendo multimedia software and followed the instruction to try again with same results time aftertime, I then put an incident report in for both products. As a result the Bank Fraud department rang to say they had blocked my credit card as 7 transactions for Parallels had been charged after quoting the email replies I had recieved from support and proving I was the genuine card holder they the Bank decided to changemy card and pin and allow one transaction for each purchase this took four hours to sort out, plus I was told it would be 30 days before any refunds would show on my accont and I could be liable for interest charges on the full amount if took 30days and despite the link to my products from Linspire the software is still not there. My opinion now of Linspire isalmost zero I have supported Lidows since 3.0 all the way through. Was a Lifetime member when they were going and an insider supporter think I may look at Klikit.

Yes except Iam still charged for 2 pieces of software that that I can not install or use a full refund should have been given till the bug was sorted in the UK the company would be prosecuted for advertising software that was not fit for purpose under the trade descriptions act. Any way perhaps some time say 2009 I can expect to see a result.
